You don't need to blow your budget to find back pain relief.

Most Osteopaths treating patients suffering from back pain have little faith in the products marketed for relieving back pain. This is due to the absence of scientific research, which leaves doubt about their efficacy. The basic things that you should do when feeling pain in your back is to rest from what you are doing, and then move your back slightly to prevent stiffness. Painkillers are also advised, but in the case of back pain that persists for more than three days, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
